The Space

A Scottish nautical themed-gem in the very heart of St Andrews. This quirky and attractive 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 doubles and 1 cabin-style bunk bed. Large kitchen/lounge with TV and dining table. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike.  Located in the town centre, 5 mins to Old Course and the beach. Supermarkets nearby. Free Wifi in the property. Pay and display parking is available on Market Street directly in front of the apartment. The property is located one level up from the street.  The accommodation layout is as follows:  First Floor - 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with cabin-style bunk beds. Kitchen/Living room area with free wifi, smart TV and dining table.  1 bathroom with shower. Please note that pay and display parking is available directly outside but is limited. Free on street parking is available on The Scores, Kinnessburn Road and Hope Street (all around 5/10 mins walk away). Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. The bunk bed is up a set of ladders.

The Neighbourhood

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.

Getting Around

Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.  Please note there is one flight of stairs up to the apartment.
