The Space

The property is in a serviced block of apartment and is on the ground floor. The apartment is wheelchair friendly with a dedicated lift to the flat level. The accommodation layouts are as follows:

Ground Floor - 2 double bedrooms with storage and desks to comfortably sleeps 4 in 2 large bedrooms. The beds can be configured as doubles or twins to suit your requirements.  1 ensuite bathroom, 1 family bathroom. Large kitchen/dining area with bifold doors out to the garden patio. Perfect for guests with mobility requirements.

Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Smoking is not permitted within the property. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. No pets are allowed. 

The Neighbourhood

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.

Getting Around

Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
