The Space

Inviting 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed, which comfortably sleeps 5 adults. The driveway provides off street parking for 2 cars and further spaces are available on the street outside.

Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Free Wifi in the property.

A perfect base to explore St Andrews and the surrounding areas from. The accommodation is all situated on the ground floor. From the entrance hallway are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and 1 with a double. There is 1 bathroom with a shower enclosure. The living room has a sofa bed and leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. A small patio area sits to the rear of the property. Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.  You are free to use the garden at your leisure. Smoking is not permitted within the property. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. No pets are allowed unless by prior arrangement.

The Neighbourhood

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. 5 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins to Old Course, 10 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity.

Getting Around

Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
