The Space

Cosy, spacious, yet modern 2-bedroom, 2 bath house with 2 doubles, 1 single to sleep 5 comfortably. The property has it's own entrance on the ground floor and ample on-street free parking directly outside. Free on street parking for several cars. Ample storage for golf clubs. Garden to rear. Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike. Free Wifi in the property. 

The accommodation layouts are as follows:  

Ground floor - entrance to the side of the building. 

Garden to the rear. 

First Floor - 1 double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Washer available in storage cupboard. 

Second Floor - the attic floor contains a double bed, a single bed and an ensuite with Freeview TV.  Large family bathroom with bath tub and electric shower. Plenty of storage available. 

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. 

Other things to note

Smoking is not permitted within the property. I expect all guests to respect the property and our neighbours. No pets are allowed unless by prior arrangement. £20 charge for bringing 1 dog, £30 for 2 dogs. 

The Neighbourhood

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. 10 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins drive to Old Course, 5 to the beach. Supermarkets in the vicinity.

Getting Around

Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.


Property is only accessible via the stairs and is on the second floor so isn't suitable for guests with mobility issues. Please note the washing machine in the property is not for for our guests' use.
