Vibrant and eclectic period townhouse in central St Andrews. This townhouse is set over 2 floors and sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, served by 2 bathrooms, a large lounge, a sleek kitchen and a snug.  

Pay & Display on-street parking available directly outside.    

Suitable for families, holiday-makers and golfers alike.   

Town centre location, 10 mins to Old Course, 5 to the beach. Supermarkets/restaurants/bars in the vicinity.

The property is served by an private entrance just off South Street at the side of the building. Upon entering the building and mounting the stairs to the first floor, the accommodation layouts are as follows:  

First Floor - 1 Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, and bathroom.  

Second Floor - 2 Bedrooms,  Bathroom with shower, and Snug.  

Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements.
 

Where you’ll be

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.

Getting around

Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
