This luxury 2 bedroom apartment, is located only a 5 minute walk from the town centre and comes with secure, dedicated parking for 1 car.

Both bedrooms feature en-suites.

The front bedroom has a super king bed, that can be set up as 2 singles if required.

While the back bedroom has a king bed that can be set up as 2 singles.

With a living room commanding views overlooking living room Cockshaugh Park, dining room, kitchen, and additional third bathroom.

The sofa features a sofa bed that can be set-up for guests upon request.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with both a washing machine and separate dryer.

While the living room has a 48” smart tv for entertainment.

This space:

Upon entering the main door to the building which is accessible via a locked key pad, the apartment is the first on your right.

Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway with doors leading off to two bedrooms, both with en-suites, living room, kitchen and dining room.

A private carport contains one dedicated parking space for guests to use.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Access to the apartment is via a shared main door to the building.

I am happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box for which you will be provided the code.

Where you'll stay:

St Andrews is home to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the famous Old Course. Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more.

Getting around:

Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
